Welcome to the National Sweetheart Pageant online registation center.
To register follow these instructions:
1. Download the 2023 contestant letter and thoroughly read it.
2. Download the 2023 rules and regulations and thoroughly read it.
3. Complete the online registration form. Please note that the application we use does not automatically format your information. We suggest formating it in an application like Microsoft Word and then copy and pasting your answers. *NOTE* This is the application that the judges see. No changes can be made after you sbumit your application.
4. A $250 non-refundable state fee must be made by the state organization that you are representing by May 1, 2023. An additional non-refundable $250 NSP registration fee is due by July 1, 2023.
